All Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches are required to provide the following clearances:
- PA Criminal History Check – https://epatch.state.pa.us
- Follow the process for a New Record Check (Volunteers Only) – this is the free option
- PA Child Abuse Clearance – https://www.compass.state.pa.us/cwis/public/home
- You will need to create an individual login and follow the process
- Submit the clearances as a PDF or image to shalerslowpitch@gmail.com
All Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches are required to complete CDC Concussion Safety Training prior to the start of the season:
